Our Paid Membership web site submission service (referred to later as "service") is provided with no guarantee of complete submission to the search engines/directory listings/free for all links pages/classified ad sites/message boards (referred to later as "engines") we submit to. We cannot be held responsible for submission problems that are outside our control. Maintaining an accurate database of engines is our greatest concern and we will do our best to keep our list current. However, errors may occur from time to time, engines may no longer exist or have changed their submission process or policy.

Our Paid Membership service is a self-serve, real-time, while-you-wait service. As such, you are responsible for submitting or resubmitting your web site and may do so as many times as you wish. We cannot and do not guarantee the acceptance of your URL by any of the engines that we submit to. The information you provide is submitted to the engines without prejudice. Your URL may or may not be added at the engines owners/operators sole discretion.

Our Paid Membership service offers its members enhanced features such as SuperSubmit, Queueing options, Time Out control settings, Site Selector, Custom Group Manager, detailed submission logs and no advertising throughout the site while signed in or during the submission process. We do not and cannot guarantee the elimination of pop-up adverts that are sometimes generated by the engines we submit to. Although we take great care in maintaining a "pop-up free" list by removing the engines that create pop-ups, these pop-ups are out of our control.

We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to internet and equipment failures and/or other acts outside of our reasonable control. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS.". Some engines will, as a result of submitting your site, add your e-mail address to their contact list and send you confirmation e-mails. These e-mails are not generated by us! Since the service is real-time, while-you-wait, once a site has been submitted, we have no mechanism to stop these confirmation e-mails from being sent to the e-mail address youve provided in the submission. To unsubscribe from these lists, just follow the instructions in the e-mails themselves.

We do not keep submitted e-mail addresses on file. However, we do reserve the right to send you information about new releases, products or services at the e-mail address we have on file in your account. Your privacy is very important to us, that is why we will never resell or publish your account information.

As an affiliate of this site, you will not engage in any form of spamming while trying to recruit users under your account. You are allowed to send any kind of traffic back to our site using any of the links we provide on our Referral Center page as long you promote them responsibly. Any user caught spamming or breaking any rules will have their account terminated and any Referral Bonuses accrued forfeited. We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against spamming. Just dont do it!

Paid Member Referral Bonuses are paid about 30 days following the end of each month. Paid Member Referral Bonuses are paid every month as long as your account balance is $20.00 or more. If you havent accumulated $20.00 in a month, it will be rolled over to the next months payment schedule, until you reach $20.00 or more. However, if you select payment through PayPal.com, there is no minimum (unless you specify one) and your balance will be paid out to you every month. Users may not sign up for a new account under their own membership account in order to get a Paid Member Referral Bonus. Residual Income is calculated on the 28th of every month and is based on the referred accounts statuses at that time.

All Paid Member Referral Bonuses are audited and paid by PayDotCom.com. You agree that you are not an employee of PayDotCom.com and as such are responsible for all taxes owed in your locality as a result of your earnings through our affiliate program.

Want to add your Search Engine, FFA, Classifieds or Message Board to our submission list?

Q1: How often can I submit?
A1: No more than every 30 days for Search Engines. Every day for FFAs (Free For All links pages). Once a week to a month for Classified ads and Message Boards. Please note that some Message Boards will accept daily submissions. These are simple guidelines and are not written in stone, use common sense when submitting.

Keep in mind that submitting too often could be considered Spamming and result in your site(s) getting banned.

While some sites will accept duplicate submissions, others may consider these as spamming; it is your responsibility to verify if your link(s) already exist on these sites and to adhere to their submission guidelines.

Q2: Can the submissions be set to occur automatically on a schedule? Do I need to keep the computer on?
A2: YES! You can set it to automatically submitt on a schedule.

Q3: Ive sumitted the wrong information - how can I correct this?
A3: Once submissions have been sent, they cannot be undone. However, if youve made an error in the information youve submitted, you can simply re-submit your profile with the correct information. NOTE: Re-submitting with the new information will not always replace the information from previous submissions; if you need the original information removed/replaced, please contact the site directly (refer to any confirmation messages sent by the site).

Most search engines and directories will automatically update themselves with the most recently submitted information, however others may need to be contacted directly in order to make changes to your information.

Q4: I checked some search engines and my site is not listed yet!
A4: Submission to FFAs, classified ads and message boards will usually be accepted and listed immediately (some sites may require confirmation through an email message sent to your address first). You need to be patient when it comes to search engines, as it may take up to 8 weeks or more before your site is listed depending on the engine itself. Most need to verify your link and then add it to their database; since some of the larger search engines receive thousands of requests a day, it may take some time to get to yours. Please note that some search engines may not have the selected category for your submission and that your submission may not be accepted because of this. Some engines may not accept certain types of sites (such as adult, illegal sites, etc...) or may require payment for submissions of business-related sites.

Acceptance of any submission is at the sole discretion of the engine operator(s); we cannot guarantee or enforce acceptance of any submission to the engines in the submission list.

Unreasonable repeated submissions (spamming) of the same site profile, missing information in your site profile(s), or not having its e-mail address validated through ValidatedEmail.com can cause a site to reject your submission. Some sites may not accept your submission if the given e-mail address is from a popular free mail service, or may refuse/remove your listing if confirmation messages sent to that address bounce. Some engines also require a confirmation from you of your posting (as indicated in the submission list) by replying to a message sent to you or by other means.

Some engines may not accept sites that have descriptions/titles that have too many non-alphanumeric characters (ie. many exclamation marks, etc.) or that have URLs that are too long or cause a redirection. Some may only accept sites submitted with the main domain URL only (ex: http://www.example.com only) or truncate long URLs.

Please also note the important information provided in the help page for the Submission Manager on how the information entered for the profile can affect the acceptance of your profile submission.

Acceptance of your listing will also depend on how your site is optimized for search engines and directories. Having the proper title, description and keywords META tags defined will impact on how these services list your site.

Q5: I get ERROR: User ID Not Found! when I try to sign in, whats wrong?
A5: It is possible that your account is no longer in our database because it was flushed for inactivity. Any free account that has not been signed in for 60 or more days will get flushed out during maintenance.

Q6: How do I change my credit card information for my current subscription?
A6: For subscriptions processed through PayPal.com, you first need to add your new credit card to your account, then please follow this link to log into your PayPal.com account and find your current subscription. Follow these steps:

Click Details for the current (non-cancelled) subscription 
Next to Subscription Funding Source, choose the future payment option by placing a bullet next to the preferred option for future payments (ie. the new card) 
Click Update Information to save your changes. 
You can then remove the old card
Please NOTE: When updating financial information, if the established credit card or bank account marked as the funding source for a current subscription is removed, the Subscription and Recurring Payments will be automatically cancelled (please contact PayPal.com for details) 
Please refer to the original e-mail message sent to you when the subscription was created for any subscription IDs needed.

NOTE: We cannot reinstate subscriptions at our end if you inadvertently cancel your subscription; you will need to re-upgrade once your current subscription term expires. Your profiles will remain in the system and be accessible again when your account is upgraded.

Q7: How do I cancel my account?
A7: If you stop paying your account will be canceled.

Q8: I cancelled my subscription by mistake; can you reinstate it?
A8: We cannot reinstate subscriptions at our end if you inadvertently cancel your subscription; you will need to re-upgrade once your current subscription term expires. Your profiles will remain in the system and be accessible again when your account is upgraded.

Q9: Who can get paid for Paid Member Referral bonuses?
A9: Any member in good standing, that is members that are currently active. You do not have to be a Paid Member to get paid Paid Member Referral bonuses.

Q10: When do I get paid for my Paid Member Referrals?
A10: Paid Member Referral bonuses are paid about 30 days following the end of each month. We pay Paid Member Referral bonuses every month.

Q11: Is there a maximum of Paid Member Referrals I can get in a month?
A11: No! The more Paid Member Referrals you get the better for both of us!

Q12: My e-mail address is being flooded with confirmation e-mails, how do I stop this?
A12: This is a normal occurence. Since we submit to a large number of sites, you will get a large amount of confirmation e-mails. We cannot stop these e-mails from being sent to the address entered in your profile(s) as we do not control the sites we submit to. Most e-mails are a one-time occurence and do not need to be unsubscribed from. For the sites that do subscribe your e-mail to a list, a method to unsubscribe is usually included in the e-mails themselves. We strongly suggest you procure yourself an alternative e-mail address to use when submitting. This would prevent disruption to your everyday business e-mail address.

NOTE: changing your e-mail address in your profile will not update it on sites to which you have submitted your old profile information in the past.

Q13: Im a SPAMMER, can I use your system?
A13: No! Anyone caught spamming will have their account disabled and any accrued Paid Member Referral bonuses will be forfeited.

Q14: Ive received SPAM e-mails from one of your members, what can I do to stop this?
A14: Simply let us know what their account is and we will investigate. Please make sure you also forward the actual SPAM e-mails back to us as well.
